This person will ensure the entry, updating, and closure of operational information in the SACS system and other tools, guaranteeing the proper execution of plant and transportation operations. Main responsibilities: * Configuration and updating of the SACS system: operational planning, tables, versions, flights, and delivery plans. * Flight scheduling, special services, and VIP lounge management. * Continuous coordination and communication with operational areas, flight crews, and third parties. * Equipment control and inventory management. * Information closure for billing processes. * Preparation of operational reports and data analysis. * Support for logistics processes and daily operational monitoring. Academic background: Technical degree in administrative fields such as Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. Experience: Minimum 2 years in billing, cost, or logistics operations processes. Specific knowledge: * Advanced Excel and office software proficiency. * Information management in operational systems. * Knowledge of accounting and financial closings (desirable). Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating morning, afternoon, night, and early-morning shifts, with one compensatory day per week. Beware of fraud!
