At Conexiones, we are looking for a Graphic Design Analyst for the CXD Communications team. You may be based in Medellín or Barranquilla. Work mode: On-site **Responsibilities** * Design graphic assets for internal and external communication aligned with CXD’s visual identity. * Create content for social media, presentations, flyers, corporate materials, and internal campaigns. * Develop basic animations for videos, stories, or dynamic posts. * Maintain brand visual consistency across all touchpoints. * Propose creative ideas that strengthen branding and visual communication. **Requirements** * Updated portfolio (mandatory) * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. * Ability to solve visual problems, think conceptually, and design with purpose. * Basic animation knowledge (simple motion). * Proactive attitude, creativity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. **Benefits** * Indefinite-term employment contract + all statutory benefits. * 8-hour workday within the 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. window. * Creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. * Opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance your portfolio. * Chance to co-create with a young, continuously innovative team.
