Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Designing and implementing services for commission and discount calculations operating with high availability and precision at marketplace scale, ensuring full transaction-level auditability. * Integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into your daily development cycle — code generation, error analysis, PR reviews, and documentation — as a productivity multiplier for the team. Serve as a reference in adopting new tools and workflows emerging from the AI ecosystem, sharing learnings with colleagues. * Providing visibility into task progress without requiring follow-up during execution, actively participating in backlog management, refinement, and technical debt prioritization. * Actively participating in backlog management, refinement, technical debt prioritization, defining processes, methodologies, standards, and workflows that contribute to development excellence. * Participating in architecture definition and identifying technical, process, or functional dependencies with other teams within the initiative, implementing solutions for complex problems. **What are we looking for in you?** * Services available in Fury, BigQuery, Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, unit tests, integration tests, and End\-to\-End tests. * Solid experience in Java (Spring Boot or similar), with knowledge of design patterns and the ability to apply them appropriately according to context.
