




**LEADS GENERATION SPECIALIST** **Location:** Colombia (all cities with offices) – Preferably Medellín **Work Mode:** On-site (non-negotiable) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST time) **Role Summary** As a Lead Generation Manager, you will play a strategic role in business growth by driving demand for potential customers through effective digital campaigns. You will be responsible for guiding the Digital Traffickers team, ensuring that campaigns meet client objectives and agency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement demand generation strategies using paid media, SEO, and content marketing. * Supervise the Traffickers team to ensure campaign quality and effectiveness in lead generation. * Collaborate with executive team to align strategies with business goals. * Develop and execute testing plans to optimize campaign performance. * Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Provide mentorship and support for the professional development of the Traffickers team. * Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities. **Requirements** * More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, focused on demand generation. * Proven experience leading teams and managing campaigns. * In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments. * Detail-oriented profile, solution-driven and results-focused. \#EBColombia Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
