




Important company in the Garment sector requires a Patternmaker for its team. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Develop patterns according to designs, creating technical procedures used to manufacture final garment pieces. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Adjustments to patterns. \- Prepare technical data sheets, consumption reports, and sewing guides. \- Assist in prototype development and support production. \- Develop patterns corresponding to designs provided by the creative and art director. \- Cut samples (if necessary) following previously created patterns. \- Make corrections to patterns when appropriate, taking into account feedback from the creative and art director. \- Develop samples in official colors: cut samples in official colors and review finished garments. \- Create technical data sheets during the design process, including corrected drawings and essential production specifications such as elastic placement, distances, and sizes of specific components. \- Produce a sewing guide to assist workers in correctly assembling garments. \- Prepare a quality control technical sheet providing detailed measurements including sizes, circumferences, crotch length, etc., according to size. \- Trace and send patterns to Medellín, copying each reference's patterns properly labeled and corrected. \- Send collection samples and technical data sheets to workshops. \- Maintain records and track all prototypes developed. \- Perform size grading, ensuring each size has the correct measurements. EDUCATION: Minimum requirement—Technical degree in Grading or Industrial Patternmaking. BASIC KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of fashion, design, patternmaking, and garment construction. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years as a patternmaker. SALARY: Negotiable based on experience. CONTRACT: Fixed-term, directly with the company. WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (44 hours per week). NOTE: A test will be administered. LOCATION: Guayabal \- Medellín.
