




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate or manage construction projects in the public or private sector, with a focus on construction, maintenance, or improvement of buildings. Participation in public or private building projects. * **Title:** Civil Engineer, Architect, Civil Constructor, Architect-Constructor, or Constructor in Architecture and Engineering. * **General Experience:** Minimum of more than seven (7) years of general professional experience, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license; the candidate must provide a copy of the professional license and a validity certificate issued by the competent authority (such certificate must also remain valid at the time of submission to the selection process). * **Specific Experience:** Demonstrated specific experience as Site Coordinator or Site Manager in the public or private sector for a minimum period of three (3) years; up to five (5) contracts will be considered, provided their scope includes construction, maintenance, improvement, or adaptation of public or private buildings, and the cumulative duration meets the required timeframe. Projects executed after the issuance of the professional license will be considered. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** $ 7,000,000 Workplace: On-site employment
