If you share our vision and want to be part of a company driving ecological transformation, we invite you to join our team. **Job Description** **Position:** Operational Assistant **Location:** Medellin **Contract Type:** Permanent **Area:** Operations **Role Purpose:** Perform hazardous waste collections from company clients; loading and unloading at assigned plant or client warehouses. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect hazardous waste from generator users' storage areas to the collection vehicle. * Review in advance the assigned route sheet to identify and organize the daily work route. * Perform loading and unloading of the collection vehicle at the designated plant or company warehouse according to established unloading rules and protocols, and following instructions issued by the direct supervisor. * Load waste into the vehicle from each scheduled point along the daily route. * Complete the transport manifest for each collection performed and have it signed by the user. * Complete the entire assigned route, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety measures. * Ensure proper use of provided personal protective equipment and responsible utilization during collection, loading, or unloading activities. * Enter, capture, and upload data into the mobile system to the company's software. * Report any incidents occurring during the daily route to the direct supervisor. * Provide excellent customer service, interacting in a respectful and courteous manner. * Assist in cleaning and disinfecting the vehicle. * Support the driver in completing manifests and weighing waste. **Requirements** **Education:** High School Graduate **• Experience:** Minimum two years in loading and unloading activities **• Requirements:** Knowledge of waste management preferred **Additional Information** **At Veolia, Our Energy Is People.** We believe in the power of talent and the well-being of our teams.
