Job Summary: Lead the research and development of innovative solutions in products, business models, and processes to support the business strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead research and development of new products and business models. 2. Participate in the construction and execution of R&D projects. 3. Identify H2 and H3 innovation opportunities. **PURPOSE** ------------- Lead the research and development of solutions related to new products, business models, and processes that support the business-defined effective innovation strategy. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Lead the development of new products, business models, and processes using methodologies that ensure effectiveness in achieving expected results. * Participate in the construction and execution of the Business’s R\+D projects. * Propose technological concepts to commercial areas related to product, process, and business model innovations. * Lead the cross-functional team composed of various Company departments in developing new solutions. * Gain deeper understanding of consumer preferences and needs to deliver more effective solutions. * Explore alternatives, trends, and methodologies for developing agile and flexible solutions. * Manage the use of allocated resources for the execution of projects led by the incumbent. * Identify opportunities for generating and protecting the Business’s intellectual property applicable to R\+D solution development. * Identify different operational platforms used in R\+D solution development. * Identify H2 and H3 innovation opportunities that support the Business strategy. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ----------------------------- * English B2 (non-negotiable) * Knowledge of R\+D in food industries (ideally coffee or related sectors) * Sensory analysis (non-negotiable) Desirable: * Agile methodologies * Cost management * Consumer and technology trends * Packaging and sustainability knowledge * Food nutrition knowledge * B2B experience **EDUCATION** ------------- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering **EXPERIENCE** --------------- * Minimum 3 years in product, business model, and process development within the industrial (food) sector. * Project leadership
