The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper **technical, administrative, and financial** execution of the interventoría contract, exercising control and supervision across all project phases, and safeguarding compliance with current regulations, established schedules, and required quality standards. **Main responsibilities** * Supervise and control construction execution in accordance with designs, technical specifications, and the contract. * Verify compliance with schedules, budgets, and project scope. * Ensure adherence to applicable legal and technical regulations. * Prepare technical, administrative, and financial reports. * Coordinate with contractors, authorities, and other project stakeholders. * Guarantee the quality of executed works. **Required profile** **Academic background:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering**, with a valid professional license. * **Specialization related to roads or infrastructure** (MANDATORY). **Experience:** * Minimum of **4 years in similar positions**, or * **2 years as a Resident Interventor** on civil engineering projects. * Proven experience in **public or private infrastructure projects**.
