**Type:** Full\-time **Experience Level:** Mid\-Level (2–5 years) **About the Role** We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Mid\-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to support our sales team by identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with potential customers. This role is fully **remote** and ideal for someone based in **Colombia** who is comfortable working with North American clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct outbound prospecting via **cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn** * Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives * Research target accounts and identify key decision\-makers * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records in the **CRM (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)** * Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting\-booking targets * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies * Follow established sales processes while contributing ideas for optimization **Requirements** * **2–5 years of experience** as an SDR, BDR, or similar B2B sales role * **Fluent English (spoken and written)**; Spanish required * Proven experience with **cold outreach and lead qualification** * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) * Strong communication, organization, and time\-management skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup **Nice to Have** * Experience selling to **US or international markets** * SaaS, tech, or B2B services background * Experience working in a **quota\-driven environment** * Understanding of sales metrics and pipeline management **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive **base salary \+ performance\-based commission** * Fully **remote work** * Paid time off and local holidays * Opportunity for growth into **Senior SDR or Account Executive** roles * Ongoing sales training and career development **Work Schedule** * Full\-time * Aligned with **US business hours** (EST or CST preferred) Job Types: Full\-time, Commission Work Location: In person
