




Job Summary: Develop business practices by supporting various organizational activities and contributing to the professional and personal growth of apprentices. Key Highlights: 1. Developing business practices across different processes. **PURPOSE / MISSION** ---------------------- Develop business practices by supporting various activities that contribute to the organization's objectives and support the professional and personal growth of apprentices. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- **Plant Apprentice** * Managing and supporting area tasks and the use of TPM tools in the production process. Ensuring timely, accurate, and appropriate delivery of reports, forms, meeting minutes, and general departmental documentation. **Administrative Apprentice** * Areas requiring interns: Training and Development, Knowledge Center and Library; Plant Human Resources (Monitoring and managing training processes); and Social Responsibility. * Responsibilities and contributions will depend on the challenges of the respective processes. **Transportation Apprentice** * Supporting indicator updates. * Supporting vehicle trip control. Proposing improvements in loading procedures. * Supporting control of driver training forms per transportation provider. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE** -------------------------------------------- **Plant Apprentice** Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Achievement- and service-oriented, problem solver, innovative, team player, adaptable, proactive, resource management and handling skills. **Application Requirements:** Must be an active student in the required programs, with a minimum GPA of 3.8, and meet university requirements for internship placement in the first semester of 2016. **Administrative Apprentice** Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
