Efficiently, accurately, and promptly carry out the installation of complete kitchens, wardrobes, high-end furniture, and hardware, ensuring quality finishes, compliance with blueprints and technical specifications, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the company's reputation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture according to blueprints and technical specifications. * Install and adjust high-end hardware (hinges, slides, opening systems, lift mechanisms, among others). * Verify measurements, levels, and finishes on each assembly. * Use manual, electric, and precision tools for cutting, assembling, and installing. * Inspect and ensure proper mounting, functionality, and aesthetics of furniture and hardware. * Report any technical issues or required adjustments during installations. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. * Properly care for and use company tools and equipment. * Meet project timelines as established. * Assist the team with loading, transporting, and unloading furniture for installation. * **Education:** High school graduate with technical training in carpentry, cabinetmaking, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in the installation of kitchens, wardrobes, and wooden furniture. **Personal Competencies:** * Attention to detail and precision. * Manual and technical skills. * Customer focus and service orientation. * Organization and work discipline. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility, honesty, and commitment.
