




Job Summary: Responsible for accurately recording invoice information and ensuring documentary control and inventory traceability, supporting administrative and logistical processes. Treasury support and coordination of supplier payments Position Objective: To accurately and in real time record incoming and outgoing merchandise invoice information in accounting or logistics systems, ensuring documentary control and traceability of inventory movements, thereby supporting administrative processes. Responsibilities: Handling petty cash. Filing and organizing physical and digital documents. Recording sales invoices using the World Office accounting software. Creating products with their respective taxes and selling prices. Setting up suppliers in World Office. Supporting the warehouse team with inventory and merchandise dispatch as needed. Recording product receipts and issuances. Preparing and reviewing invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch orders. Generating daily or weekly reports on sales, deliveries, or stock levels. Reporting and coordinating with treasury regarding inconsistencies or errors in received documents, such as supplier payments and overdue receivables. Updating accounts receivable information. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area, complying with safety and hygiene standards. Coordinating with treasury to schedule supplier payments. Availability to work on Sundays and/or holidays as required by operational needs. Assisting with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness of the workstation and common areas. Competencies: Proficiency in Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in World Office accounting software Writing and spelling skills Experience: Minimum 1 year of certified work experience as a data entry clerk.
