




**Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and support the systems technicians team, ensuring proper delivery of technical support services, equipment maintenance, networks, and computer systems, guaranteeing quality, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and assign tasks to the systems technicians team. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and networks. * Provide second-level technical support when required. * Verify compliance with schedules, protocols, and service-level agreements. * Prepare management reports and incident tracking reports. * Support training and evaluation processes for technical staff. * Propose improvements to technological and support processes. **Requirements:** * Technical, technological, or professional education in Systems, Systems Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support and in coordinating or leading teams. * Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and support tools. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Organizational ability, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills. **Desired Competencies:** * Service orientation * Responsibility and commitment * Planning and follow-up * Working under pressure Position Type: Full-time
