The role’s mission is to deliver specialized customer service and advisory support, coordinating the service process from motorcycle reception to delivery, ensuring timely communication, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial goals. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** High school diploma, technical or technological degree in mechanical, administrative, or related fields. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in commercial or service roles, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Essential knowledge of internal combustion engines and their maintenance, general mechanics, electrical systems, fuel systems, and measurement tools. * **Competencies:** Assertive communication, leadership, results orientation, and decision-making ability. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Promptly attend to workshop customers via in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp channels. * Perform technical reception of motorcycles according to established procedures (inventory and initial inspection). * Clearly register and communicate customer requirements to the technical team and workshop supervisor. * Generate quotations, manage customer authorization for additional work, and issue accurate invoices upon delivery. * Continuously monitor repairs and keep customers informed about progress or updates. * Manage priority relationships with corporate or strategic customers. **Conditions and Benefits:** * **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ $249\.095 transportation allowance. * **Quarterly Bonus:** Approximately $500\.000 (performance- and goal-based variable component). * **Bonus Evolution:** * *Probation Period:* No bonus applies. * *From Month 6 onward:* 50% of the bonus is received. * *From the completed first year onward:* 100% of the bonus is received. **Interested Candidates:** Send your resume with subject line: **Technical Service Advisor**, to email: **Seleccion@aliadosencrecimiento.com** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
