Focus on continuous improvement and user satisfaction. **Job Description** ---------------------- A prominent company located in Medellín is seeking qualified personnel with a minimum of 12 months’ experience to join its team as an IT Infrastructure Technical Support Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and effective technical support for the organization’s devices, systems, and technological services, ensuring continuous operation of equipment and technological infrastructure, with emphasis on continuous improvement, service availability, and user satisfaction. Academic Qualifications: Technician or Technologist in Networks, Telecommunications, Systems, Systems Support, Computer Systems, Electronics, or related fields; must be graduated. Specific Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote technical support to company users. \- Receive, log, and follow up on user-reported support requests via the Help Desk Platform. * Provide basic technical support and training on the use of technological tools. * Perform physical and logical maintenance of computers and technological equipment. * Coordinate the proper execution of scheduled field activities. Required Knowledge: * Office 365 / Microsoft 365 (basic administration). * Networks and structured cabling (Ubiquiti, MikroTik or others). * Printer and mobile device support. Basic IP telephony support. * Windows server support. * Installation and maintenance of computing equipment, printers, cameras, and mobile devices. * NAS network and server configuration. * Email and collaboration tool management. * End-user support, ticket registration, and incident resolution. Salary: $1,926,000 + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; two Saturdays per month. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
