Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant for a family entertainment organization, responsible for cleaning and maintenance of various areas. Key Highlights: 1. Work Location: Arkadia or Tesoro Shopping Mall Business Sector or Department: We are an organization dedicated to family entertainment. Education Level: May be fifth grade of elementary school, ninth grade, or high school graduate. What We Are Looking For?: Mixed-gender candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in general services roles within any company (not private households). Position to Be Filled: General Services Assistant Responsibilities: Performs cleaning duties in all areas, including theaters, concession stands, box offices, restrooms, offices, lobbies, projection rooms, and other areas (warehouses or circulation zones). Uses cleaning tools and equipment specified in the area’s cleaning manual. Follows established procedures for handling and compacting solid waste generated by the theater. What We Offer?: COP 2,000,000 (hourly wage: COP 7,950), subject to actual hours worked. COP 250,000 transportation allowance, extra-legal benefits, Sunday, holiday, and night shift surcharges, bonuses, severance pay, vacation, health insurance, pension, occupational risk insurance (ARL), and family compensation fund. Access to employee loan fund, including credit lines, eyeglass assistance, educational support, medication assistance, and domestic emergency assistance, plus commercial partnership agreements and gym access. Schedule: Weekly hour-based scheduling (minimum 4 hours per day, maximum 8 hours). Sunday to Sunday, with one rest day between Monday and Thursday (non-holiday).
