Job Summary: We are seeking committed and responsible Mixing Operators to support production processes, manage raw materials, and operate equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment and responsibility for production processes. 2. Operation of mixing equipment and ERP data entry. 3. Autonomous maintenance and support for organization and cleanliness (5S). We are looking for talent to join our production team! A reputable manufacturing company located in Itagüí is seeking Mixing Operators — individuals who are committed, responsible, and possess a positive attitude to support the company’s production processes. Main Responsibilities: Properly manage raw materials. Weigh and dose minor and major ingredients. Operate mixing equipment such as Banbury mixers, mills, and cooling tunnels. Ensure accurate information recording in the ERP system. Perform autonomous maintenance and support organization and cleanliness activities (5S). Requirements: High school diploma (technical background preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience in production or similar roles. Candidates without experience but with an excellent attitude and strong willingness to learn will also be considered. Attention to detail and ability to handle physical loads. Basic proficiency in office software tools.
