Main responsibilities: Design and create digital educational content aligned with corporate university objectives. Manage learning platforms, especially Moodle. Apply gamification principles and instructional design to enhance engagement. Use HTML and CSS for resource customization. Coordinate and deliver virtual training sessions. Grade activities, monitor training processes, and provide feedback. Support general administration of the corporate university. Requirements: Degree in fields such as pedagogy, communication, instructional design, learning technologies, or related areas. Previous experience in designing digital training content. Proficiency in Moodle (mandatory requirement). Knowledge of gamification applied to training. Solid skills in HTML and CSS. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
