We are looking for a Park Manager responsible for leading the comprehensive management of the amusement park, both operationally and administratively, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, attractions, and services, with a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage financial resources, ensuring responsible handling of budget, revenues, and labor and tax obligations. * Lead human talent management: shift scheduling, staff supervision, payroll control, and development of training programs. * Design and implement strategies to enhance the park's profitability, competitiveness, and sustainability. * Coordinate events, recreational activities, and marketing campaigns to enhance the visitor experience. * Manage inventories, suppliers, and strategic contractors for the proper operation of the park. * Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations. * Represent the park before public and private entities and media outlets. * Other duties as assigned If interested, please send your resume to seleccionsummit@hotmail.com Position type: Permanent
