




**About the Job:** At Inversiones Ivanka, we are seeking a Community Manager. Your mission will be to build community, strengthen connections with followers, and ensure consistent communication aligned with our brands’ identity—through effective content strategies and the use of metrics for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as strong skills in communication, copywriting, and content management. Your primary role will be to build, nurture, and maintain an active, loyal, and engaged digital community—enhancing brand perception and fostering audience interaction. **Position Profile** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Social Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as a Community Manager or in similar roles. Experience in the beauty and hair health sector is required. * Advanced proficiency in social media management and project management tools such as Trello. * In-depth knowledge of algorithms and best practices on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. **Responsibilities** * **Social Media Management:** Plan, execute, and monitor strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube—aligned with the brand’s communication and positioning objectives. * **Content Creation:** Develop content calendars for business units, designing persuasive campaigns that generate interest and engagement—incorporating current trends and audience characteristics. * **Community Management:** Respond to messages and comments, and actively encourage interaction to strengthen engagement and foster positive brand perception. * **Metrics and Reporting:** Monitor performance, analyze statistics (reach, engagement, conversions, community growth), and deliver periodic reports with actionable insights and recommendations. * **Crisis Management:** Identify, assess, and respond to critical or negative situations on social media—safeguarding brand reputation and making decisions aligned with company policies. * **Interaction and Engagement:** Identify social media opportunities to position the brand innovatively and increase interaction and engagement. * **Event Coverage:** Support digital promotion and coverage of institutional events. * **Growth Strategy:** Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure communication consistency and achievement of objectives. * **Trend Monitoring:** Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging AI-powered digital tools—to implement innovations that optimize community management; identify opportunities for innovative content, viral formats, and organic growth strategies. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of digital analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio). * Video editing using CapCut. * Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation. * Video content production. **Soft Skills:** * Creativity and strategic thinking. * Excellent oral and written communication. * Confidence and empathy on camera. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Collaborative teamwork under agile methodologies. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure, manage **multiple projects**, and meet tight deadlines. **Work Modality:** HYBRID—THEREFORE, YOU MUST RESIDE IN MEDELLÍN OR ITS METROPOLITAN AREA.
