Job Summary: Analyst of monitoring and communication equipment, verifying technological signals to analyze events generated by risk management tools and ensure the integrity of communications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage monitoring and communication equipment to analyze risk events. 2. Execute specific surveillance operations using technological means. 3. Ensure communication integrity and report incidents. 1. Operate monitoring and communication equipment, verifying the technological signals emitted by such equipment to analyze events generated by the risk management tool that may occur during service delivery, in accordance with procedures and/or protocols established by the client or the company. 2. Carry out specific surveillance activities generated by the operation itself through the technological means available for this purpose. 3. Ensure communication integrity at all times, reporting all received and confirmed incident information as well as any other situation. 4. Report various technical anomalies in the system. 5. Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous monitoring of routes, events, and anomalies.
