Results-oriented mindset and proactivity A company specializing in renting construction equipment with over 38 years in the market is looking for a proactive, committed, responsible, and results-oriented commercial manager to join its team. **Job Objective:** Manage and strengthen the company’s business relationships by identifying and acquiring new customers, providing field-based customer service, following up on business opportunities, and achieving commercial targets in the Antioquia region. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct cold outreach to identify and acquire potential customers. * Visit construction sites, companies, and potential customers across the assigned region. * Manage business relationships and provide timely customer service. * Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and commercial closings. * Achieve established company sales targets and performance indicators. * Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect databases. * Prepare reports on visits and commercial management activities. * Identify new business opportunities and untapped market areas. * Support customer loyalty and after-sales service activities. * Represent the company’s image and values appropriately to customers and commercial partners. * Carry out required travel to perform job functions. **Candidate Profile:** * Academic background: High school diploma, technical or technological degree, or current student in commercial, administrative, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum five (5) years in commercial roles, external sales, or field-based customer service. * Preferably residing in Medellín or its metropolitan area. * Must own a motorcycle or car for transportation. * Availability to travel throughout the Antioquia region. **Competencies:** * Verbal fluency and strong communication skills. * Customer- and results-oriented mindset. * Negotiation ability. * Proactivity and initiative. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Courtesy and strong interpersonal skills Workplace: On-site employment
