Systems Assistant (IT)

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and support of applications; database administration; and incident management in information systems. Key Highlights: 1. Development and support of new applications for process improvement. 2. Database administration and maintenance for applications. 3. Incident management and software updates. Plan, analyze, design, implement, and support new applications required by the Clinic to improve processes, ensuring the proper functioning of the information systems currently used by the institution and performing updates according to regulatory requirements. Administer the Clinic’s application databases. Analyze reported incidents related to the information system. • Report and track incidents reported by users or identified during application testing.
