




Position Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on biomedical assets, support the department head, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on biomedical assets according to established schedules and institutional needs. • Accompany suppliers during maintenance of industrial equipment, equipment provided under loan agreements, leased equipment, and equipment under warranty, ensuring adherence to defined procedures aligned with internal regulations. • Complete the Maintenance Report Form by accurately and coherently filling in all fields, including the final status of the medical device. • Manage maintenance activities using the AM software. • Support the department head in obtaining quotations for required spare parts. • Support the delivery of training sessions on the operation of biomedical equipment for clinical support staff. • Provide support to the department head in the medicinal air production process. • Notify the respective area heads of any modifications made to biomedical equipment. • Conduct predictive maintenance rounds on all biomedical equipment. • Complete decommissioning forms for biomedical equipment. • Attend activities scheduled outside regular working hours upon request from other departments to avoid operational disruption. • Be familiar with the institution’s Ten-Point Charter of Users’ Rights and Duties and ensure full compliance. • Collect, store, and use personal and legal entity information solely for healthcare, commercial, employment, educational, and legal authorization purposes; ensuring its preservation and custody as defined in the Data Processing and Protection Policy Manual. • Report any identified risk conditions to the immediate supervisor. • Immediately report all workplace accidents or incidents. • Strictly comply with guidelines, protocols, instructions, and checklists established by the Institution. • Participate in documenting processes related to one’s area according to parameters set by Quality Management. • Comply with institutional regulations. • Attend meetings scheduled by the clinic. • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or the institution related to the position. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technological program 1 year of experience Knowledge: Cleaning and maintenance management Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
