If your purpose is to connect with talent, care for our team’s experience, and transform lives through human resource management, **we want to meet you!** **Your Mission:** Support the employee lifecycle at MEPER by leading top-talent attraction, enhancing the onboarding experience, energizing our internal culture, and efficiently managing operational requests from the HR area. **Your Key Challenges:** * **Talent Attraction and Selection:** Lead sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, and evaluation reporting for key and specialized profiles. * **Onboarding and Experience:** Execute the onboarding program, monitor adaptation plans, and provide initial support to new team members. * **Culture, Communication, and Well-being:** Implement the well-being calendar, manage special dates, and create content/assets to energize internal company communication. **What Are We Looking For?** **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and administrative management of personnel updates. **Education:** Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Digital Skills:** Proficiency or high familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Forms, Excel). *Desirable: Interest or experience in simple workflow automation (Power Automate) and AI applied to productivity.* **What Do We Offer at MEPER?** * **Base Salary:** $3\.000\.000 COP * **Allowances:** Legal Transportation ($249\.905\) \+ Connectivity ($100\.000\). * **Location and Work Model:** El Poblado, Medellín (Hybrid work). * **Working Hours:** Mon. & Tue. 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \| Wed., Thu., & Fri. 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * **\#TeamMEPER Benefits:** Corporate health plan, health insurance (starting year one), and comprehensive well-being portfolio. **Are You Interested in This Challenge?** Send us your resume indicating your salary expectations.
