Job Summary: We are seeking a Concentrates Plant Manager to lead production and human talent processes at Operadora Avícola, contributing to nourishing and developing the Colombian countryside. If you are a technician or professional in Industrial Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Production, or related fields; have at least 2 years of experience managing production processes in balanced feed plants, leading human talent, and administering resources to ensure achievement of the plant’s strategic objectives; and wish to join our organization, this opportunity is for you.
