Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise quality process compliance in production, ensuring products meet specifications, standards, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and verification of productive quality standards 2. Supervision of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System 3. Quality control and color approval for plastics Coordinate, supervise, and ensure quality process compliance at the production plant, guaranteeing that developed products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements—especially in color approval and plastic transformation processes. * Quality management systems under ISO 9001 standard. * Plastic production and transformation processes. * Quality control and color approval. * Handling of quality indicators. * Development and monitoring of procedures, work instructions, and records. * Proficiency with office software tools. * Core Responsibilities * Coordinate and verify compliance with quality standards in production processes. * Approve and validate color developments according to technical specifications and customer requirements. * Supervise compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. * Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement plans. * Coordinate the quality team and ensure execution of departmental activities. * Conduct quality inspections and controls on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. * Prepare quality department management reports and indicators. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and good manufacturing practices. * Provide technical support to production regarding quality and color-related matters. * Participate in internal and external quality system audits. * Competencies * Leadership. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Planning and organization. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Decision-making.
