Interaction with students and presentation of programs HIGH TECH INSTITUTE (Edubotica) is seeking qualified candidates for customer service and administrative support to management and the academic team. CONTRACT: Fixed-term (initially 6 months): Part-time SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM The service responsibilities associated with this position are: 1. Present training programs to interested members of the public. 2. Greet new students and enrolled students at the campus. 3. Prepare accounting and human resources reports, as well as register databases, expenses, revenues, etc. 4. Foster a healthy, clean, and organized environment at the institute. 5. Perform accounts receivable collection tasks and customer service. Note: The term may be extended by mutual agreement. Contract duration: 6 months Requirements: • Demonstrated experience or education in customer service, administrative assistant, administrative support, or related activities. • Basic knowledge and skills in using Excel, Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, and other technological tools. • All candidates must be active students or hold a technical or technological certification. • Empathy, charisma, and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Compensation: - SB: COP 2,156,021 per month.
