We are seeking an application support analyst to provide timely, clear, and efficient technical support that ensures a smooth transition between product development and implementation with the client, contributing to a satisfactory experience for both internal teams and end clients. **Responsibilities:** * Provide functional and technical support to project teams during the delivery or deployment of new features. * Handle requests and requirements from internal and external clients related to failures, questions, or adjustments. * Perform basic functional validations and tests prior to delivery to the client. * Record, classify, and track reported tickets and incidents. * Document solutions, response workflows, and best practices to facilitate future support. * Act as a liaison between the development team and the implementation team to ensure effective technical communication. **Salary:** Negotiable. **Contract:** Permanent **Work mode:** Remote work with availability to visit clients when required. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts including weekends.
