We are a leading horizontal property management company actively seeking a dedicated Commercial Assistant with knowledge and experience supporting commercial and sales operations, customer service, and administrative management of commercial processes. Generate documentation and track agreements signed with owners for marketing their properties. . Connect brands with prior negotiations conducted with owners; serve as a direct channel for coordination among owners, agencies, and brands. . Conduct ongoing brand research to identify prospects. . Support basic negotiations (predefined rates, timelines, conditions) . Monitor occupancy and turnover of spaces 2. Brand management . Serve as the point of contact for new and temporary brands . Support onboarding (terms, location, operations) . Receive, integrate, and ensure proper operational launch of new brands . Ensure compliance with shopping center guidelines . Measure satisfaction and brand loyalty 3. Activations and customer experience . Propose commercial activation ideas for common areas . Coordinate basic logistics with operations, marketing, and communications . Oversee correct on-site execution . Document results (foot traffic, estimated sales, impact) 4. Monetization of common areas . Control and monitor revenue from temporary spaces . Support structuring of commercial packages . Identify new revenue streams (pop-ups, display windows, experiential activations, partnerships) 5. Administrative management . Support contracts, permits, and required documentation to fulfill owner agreements. . Maintain a database of brands and leads . Report KPIs: occupancy, revenue, turnover, brand type . Prepare monthly performance and follow-up reports. What are we looking for in you? . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate personal presentation, and ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers. . Proficiency in office productivity tools . Preparation of commercial reports, proactivity and responsibility, attention to detail, minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles . Education: Technical or Technological degree in Commercial Areas, Administrative Management, Marketing, or Sales . Location: Itagüí – Arrayanes Shopping Center . Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
