Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse assistant to perform activities related to goods receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch, ensuring order and control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in warehouse and logistics management. 2. Key responsibilities in goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. 3. Development of competencies in service and teamwork. An allied company is looking for a high school graduate or preferably a technical professional in logistics, with one (1) year of experience working as a warehouse assistant. · Mission: Execute activities related to the receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of both inventory and non-inventory goods, ensuring order, control, and compliance with established procedures for proper warehouse operation. Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and organize both inventory and non-inventory goods, ensuring compliance with specifications and established procedures. Perform loading, unloading, preparation, and dispatch of goods for orders, transfers, installations, warranties, and other warehouse movements. Receive and arrange returns, loans, consignments, and returned goods, ensuring appropriate control and storage. Support the execution of periodic and general inventories, promptly reporting any inconsistencies detected in inventory records. Maintain availability and organization of high-turnover goods to timely supply sales points and workshops. Verify the good condition of goods and ensure all movements are supported by the corresponding documentation. · Technical Knowledge: Basic Office software proficiency. · Professional Competencies: Service orientation.
