Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone, as the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute processes for loading, unloading, and collecting recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of waste brand markings. Maintain storage areas in optimal order and cleanliness conditions. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation service; possessing personal transportation is essential.
