Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production and material handling environments, performing tasks such as loading, unloading, collection of recyclables, and machinery operation. Maintenance of storage areas and inventory control We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production and material handling environments. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation services Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure brand protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide transportation; having personal transportation is essential.
