We are looking for a Construction Supervisor with three (3) years of experience in operational coordination and supervision of projects in the construction sector, contributing to the achievement of the project’s technical and operational objectives. No specific academic qualification is required. · Job Mission: Act as a liaison between site management and operational staff, supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper execution of construction projects in accordance with established guidelines. · Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate on-site operational activities. - Ensure proper execution of construction processes. - Act as a liaison between site management and workers. - Verify compliance with the project’s technical and operational guidelines. - Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines and on-site activities. · Professional Competencies: Leadership and effective communication. · Salary: $3,153,000 + $700,000 non-statutory benefits + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as agreed.
