




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Center Operator with experience in customer service and administrative processes to manage appointments and guide customers at an automotive dealership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and management of services in the automotive sector 2. Responsible for scheduling and follow-up of appointments 3. Support in the execution of service campaigns A leading company in the automotive sector requires a Customer Service Center Operator for its team, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative or customer service roles. · Academic qualification: Technical or technological degree in Business Administration or related fields; must be graduated. Requirements for the Position: Experience in customer service and administrative processes. Proficiency in office software tools. Ability to organize and manage schedules. Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. · Job Mission: Personally attend to walk-in customers without appointments and direct them to the required service; schedule appointments; create or update customer and/or vehicle data; and execute scheduled campaigns across various service departments. Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers at the dealership and direct them according to their required service. Schedule appointments for services. Create and update customer and vehicle data in the system. Assign appointments based on service urgency and workshop capacity. Contact customers who miss their appointments to reschedule. Schedule future appointments for mileage-based inspections. Support the execution of campaigns in service departments. · Salary: $1,807,700 + current statutory benefits.
