Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical technologist or related professional to contribute to productive efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring machine stability and reliability. Preparation of maintenance diagnostics and reports A reputable company located in Caldas, Antioquia, requires an electromechanical technologist or a professional with a related maintenance background for its team, holding a valid professional license and possessing at least 6 months of experience in maintenance-related trades (mechanical and electrical). · Job Mission: Contribute to the company's production process efficiency by executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with procedures and instructions defined in the maintenance plan, applying continuous improvement tools, ensuring machine stability, quality, reliability, and maintainability, reducing failures, and guaranteeing compliance with occupational health and safety standards and environmental protection regulations. · Specific Responsibilities: Conduct pre-inspections of assigned equipment and execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities. Request necessary spare parts and ensure availability of minimum stock levels to guarantee maintenance execution. Perform mechanical and electrical repairs according to production priorities and corrective maintenance issues. Analyze faults, identify root causes, and implement countermeasures using SGO analysis tools. Prepare preliminary diagnostics and closing reports for machines undergoing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. · Knowledge Requirements: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Knowledge of substations. · Competencies: Teamwork. Assertive communication. Interest in learning new technologies. · Salary: Monthly base salary of $2,903,600; upon successful completion and approval of the training program, a monthly base salary of $3,629,500 is assigned, plus non-statutory benefits and a food cafeteria. Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. Rotating Shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
