Job Summary: A reputable company in Itagüí is seeking an Event Analyst with experience in planning, designing, and executing corporate and institutional events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, design, and produce institutional events. 2. Coordinate with clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction. 3. Manage the event team to meet deadlines and budget. A reputable company located in Itagüí seeks to integrate an Event Analyst into its workforce, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in planning, designing, and executing corporate and institutional events. Requirements: - Academic background: Technician, technologist, or professional degree in Event Management, Social Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum experience: 1 year in event production and logistics. Main Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and produce institutional events (congresses, conventions, seminars). - Coordinate with clients to identify needs and ensure their satisfaction. - Organize venues and details: decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, guest list, special guests, equipment, promotional materials, academic schedule, air tickets, registration, and research assignments. - Manage the event team to meet deadlines and budget. - Establish and communicate the timeline and priorities for each event. - Administer the budget and resources required for execution. Required Knowledge: - Corporate and city event production. - Congress logistics. - Budget management. - Client relationship management. - Team and supplier coordination. Working Conditions: - Salary: COP $2,100,000 + statutory benefits. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Contract type: Project-based or service contract. - Work location: Itagüí, Cra 42 #54-71.
