Job Mission: Provide comprehensive support to the administrative department, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely management of all processes related to reviewing, validating, and controlling transportation invoices, as well as administrative tasks that guarantee the proper functioning of the department and compliance with the organization’s internal guidelines. Specific Responsibilities: · Manage, review, and validate transportation invoices, ensuring compliance with requirements such as dates, amounts, routes, and contractual conditions. · Record and reconcile service information against received invoices in internal systems. · Organize, digitize, and maintain up-to-date physical and digital document archives, ensuring traceability and confidentiality. · Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve billing inconsistencies and follow up on pending invoices. · Support administrative management by preparing reports and controlling information related to transportation and payments.
