Key duties and responsibilities include: - Cutting, deboning, and portioning meat. - Loading and unloading baskets containing meat products. - Handling food in compliance with Good Handling Practices (GHP). - Keeping areas, equipment, and tools clean and disinfected. - Verifying product quality, freshness, and stock rotation. - Attending customers courteously, avoiding jokes or inappropriate comments. - Preparing orders according to customer requirements. - Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Assisting with inventory control and reporting defective products. - Reporting unsafe conditions or incidents to the immediate supervisor. Job Title: MEAT CUTTER Salary: MINIMUM WAGE + BONUSES Contract Type and Duration: INDEFINITE Work Schedule and Location: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Work Location: Caldas, Antioquia. Minimum Education Level: Primary education Work Experience: Minimum 10 months of verifiable experience Experience Area: Butcher shops, handling of meat products, meat portioning. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
