Job Summary: We are seeking an operator with experience in metalworking machinery to operate a roll bender, performing metal profile bending while ensuring precision and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of the Narguesa MC 650 roll bending machine for profile bending. 2. Ensure precision and quality in the forming of metal parts. 3. Responsibility, operational discipline, and quality orientation. A metalworking company located in Itagüí requires a high school graduate for its workforce. If you do not hold a high school diploma, it may be equivalenced with two (2) years of specific experience in production plants. Minimum one (1) year of experience operating profile roll bending machines or metal forming equipment. Experience in bending metal profiles (tube, angle, flat bar). · Job Mission: Operate the Narguesa MC 650 roll bending machine to bend metal profiles (tubes, angles, flat bars, and bars), ensuring precise part forming according to drawings and technical specifications, meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. · Specific Responsibilities: Operate the Narguesa MC 650 roll bending machine to progressively bend metal profiles according to technical specifications. Adjust machine rollers according to profile type, thickness, and required radius for each process. Conduct necessary tests and adjustments to achieve the required curvature, considering material properties and elasticity. Verify dimensions, radii, and symmetry of formed parts to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform basic machine maintenance through cleaning, inspection, and simple mechanical adjustment. · Knowledge Requirements: Proficiency in profile roll bending machines. Roller adjustment and calibration. Interpretation of basic engineering drawings. Dimensional and curvature control.
