Position Summary: We are seeking high school graduates with experience in spray painting to carry out the painting process according to technical standards and ensure finishing quality. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in spray painting and parameter management. 2. Ensure finishing quality and production efficiency. 3. Equipment parameter management and painting principles. An allied company is currently recruiting high school graduates with six (6) months to one (1) year of experience performing duties related to spray painting and parameter management. · Mission: Execute the painting process in accordance with established technical standards, through proper preparation, application, and parameter control, to ensure finishing quality, production efficiency, and appropriate equipment usage. · Responsibilities: Carry out the painting process in compliance with technical specifications (HDT), ensuring quality and uniformity of the finish. Verify and adjust application parameters and conditions, ensuring adherence to process standards. Perform equipment setup and basic maintenance of painting equipment, ensuring proper operation. Identify and promptly report anomalies in the process or equipment, contributing to operational improvement and continuity. Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S methodologies, supporting productivity and safe working conditions. · Technical Knowledge: Pressure-type spray gun. Equipment parameter management. Painting principles (distance, perpendicularity, speed), types of paint, types of catalysts. · Professional Competencies: Concentration. Proactivity. Autonomy. Working under pressure. Logical thinking. Agility. Willingness. · Salary: $1,750,905 + benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:36 p.m. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract.
