We seek a Service Point Assistant with six (6) months of experience in user service and administrative processes in healthcare (internships accepted). We are looking for individuals with a service-oriented vocation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare sector. Academic Qualification: Technician or Technologist in Health Administration, Medical Secretarial Studies, or related fields. Job Mission: To provide comprehensive user care by managing authorization and billing processes for healthcare services, ensuring timely, humane, and high-quality service. Main Responsibilities: Attend to and guide users regarding healthcare services. Manage service authorizations. Perform service billing. Required Knowledge: Desirable: Training course in Humanization of Healthcare Services. Basic proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). Knowledge of Colombia’s General Social Security System in Health. Healthcare authorizations. User service. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, proactivity, and assertive communication. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract.
