Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Printing Operator to ensure the proper textile printing process, meeting customer requirements and final product quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality of the final product in textile printing. 2. Control critical variables in the printing process. 3. Perform assembly and execution of pattern printing. A well-established company located in Itagüí is looking for a Printing Operator to join its team, with at least one (1) year of experience in textile printing or production processes. · Academic qualification: High school diploma. · Job mission: Ensure the correct fabric printing process, guaranteeing compliance with customer-specified parameters and final product quality. Responsibilities: Analyze information from the routing sheet and color chart. Assemble screens or cylinders on the machine. Prepare the workbench and execute pattern printing. Configure the machine and control critical process variables. Complete the printing phase and perform shift closing procedures. Knowledge: Textile printing processes. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract. Working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, 8 or 12 hours per shift.
