Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse assistant to carry out receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching activities for goods, ensuring order and control. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse assistant experience (1 year). 2. Basic Office software skills. 3. Indefinite-term contract. An allied company is looking for a high school graduate or preferably a logistics technician to join its team, with one (1) year of experience in warehouse assistant roles. · Mission: Execute receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching activities for both inventory and non-inventory goods, ensuring order, control, and compliance with established procedures for the proper functioning of the warehouse. Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and organize both inventory and non-inventory goods, ensuring compliance with specifications and established procedures. Perform loading, unloading, picking, and dispatching of goods for orders, transfers, installations, warranties, and other warehouse movements. Receive and properly store returns, loans, consignments, and returned goods, ensuring appropriate control and storage. Support periodic and general inventory counts, promptly reporting any inconsistencies identified in inventory records. Maintain availability and organization of fast-moving goods to timely supply sales points and workshops. Verify the good condition of goods and ensure all movements are supported by the corresponding documentation. · Technical Knowledge: Basic Office software skills. · Professional Competencies: Service orientation.
