Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Analyst to ensure proper scheduling, control, and tracking of meat product shipments, guaranteeing timeliness, quality, and traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and control of product shipments 2. Inventory management and shipment incidents 3. Ensuring quality and hygiene in deliveries At Catalán, we are looking for a Shipping Analyst responsible for ensuring the correct scheduling, control, and tracking of meat product shipments, guaranteeing compliance with delivery timelines, quality, and traceability for each delivery. Responsibilities: -Scheduling and coordination of product shipments -Validation of orders, delivery notes, and outbound documentation -Control and tracking of inventories related to shipments -Coordination with production, warehouse, and transportation departments -Verification of on-time delivery compliance -Handling of incidents (returns, shortages, errors) -Generation of shipping reports and KPIs -Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene conditions during shipment Requirements: -Technical, technological, or university degree in logistics, administration, or related fields -Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions -Experience in food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies (preferred) -Intermediate Excel proficiency -Knowledge of logistics processes, shipping, and traceability -Organizational skills, attention to detail, and information management ability We offer: Schedule: Monday to Saturday (flexible availability) Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience Contract: Fixed-term contract of 2 months, renewable If you are interested, please attach your resume via the platform! . -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst
