Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to coordinate and manage logistics processes, material distribution, and efficient inventory handling, ensuring operational efficiency. Collaboration in maintaining records and documentation We are looking for a Logistics Assistant responsible for coordinating and managing logistics processes within the company, ensuring proper distribution of materials and products and efficient inventory handling, thereby contributing to internal operational efficiency and meeting established deadlines. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the transportation of materials and products to the company's various projects. Support receiving, warehousing, and inventory control. Ensure proper internal distribution of goods and materials according to the requesting department’s requirements. Monitor logistics processes to guarantee efficiency in product delivery and receipt. Collaborate in maintaining inventory and asset records and documentation. Supervise compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of stored products. Requirements: Education: Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics activities, inventory management, transportation, and product or goods distribution. Specific Training: Knowledge of inventory management, distribution and transportation, office software tools, and logistics systems.
