Paid training and statutory benefits **Bilingual Graphic Designer** **Location:** Medellín, Antioquia (on-site) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract (includes paid probationary period) **Salary:** $2'850\.000 **Responsibilities:** * Brand conceptualization and design. * Social media management and posting. * Creation of business cards, corporate infographics, and floor plan design. * Audio and video editing. **Requirements:** * Minimum English proficiency level B2\+ or higher (mandatory). * At least 1 year of experience working in agencies and managing social media (training provided if prior experience is lacking). * Technical or university education preferred in graphic design or related fields (secondary education required). * Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication skills, time management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. **Benefits:** * Paid training. * All statutory social benefits: EPS (health insurance), pension, severance pay, bonus, and family compensation fund. * Excellent work environment. * Weekends off. * 6 vacation days after completing the first 6 months.
