The selected candidate will be responsible for performing operational activities related to the manufacturing of paints and putties, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. Main Responsibilities * Manufacture paints and putties. * Perform paint color matching. * Carry out commissioning and adjustment of production machinery and equipment. * Measure and add raw materials according to established formulas. * Mix materials following defined procedures. * Clean machinery, tools, and work areas. * Ensure proper use of raw materials and resources. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace. Requirements * High school diploma. * Technical or technological degree in fields related to production, industrial processes, or similar areas. * Prior experience in production plants, manufacturing, or industrial processes is desirable. * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. * Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
