We are looking for a Plus SME Microfinance Advisor responsible for managing, analyzing, and disbursing credit targeted at small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs, thereby contributing to regional economic development. Responsibilities: * Manage and strengthen the SME client portfolio. * Conduct field visits for financial assessment and credit analysis, with minimum and maximum credit limits set at 15 and 25 times the current legal minimum monthly wage (SMLV), respectively. * Verify business conditions, repayment capacity, and intended use of credit. * Achieve commercial and portfolio quality targets. * Support administrative processes and post-disbursement follow-up. Candidate Profile: Academic Qualifications: Technical, technological, or university degree in commercial, financial, or administrative fields. Experience: Over 2 years in microcredit. Skills: Proactivity, results orientation, negotiation ability, portfolio management, fieldwork capability, and customer focus.
